Mantras are positive sentences, phrases, or words which brings peace to your mind. Mantra Chanting is the essential part of the 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course, helps to decrease negative thoughts and stress and gives ultimate relaxation to your mind and soul.

Pranayama (Breathing Technique)

Prana means “life energy”, and Yama means to “control”, and in yoga, breath is related to Prana. Pranayama is also one of the basic yogic practices which focus on the breath. Through Pranayama, one can regulate its breath properly and gain mental wellness.
